intentional healing therapy

What is Intentional Healing Therapy (IHT)?

Intentional healing therapy is a deep listening process that can complement other modalities such as bodywork, coaching, psychotherapy, Nonviolent Communication, psychedelic therapies, physical exercise, kinesiology, etc. It can also be used on its own or in personal relationships.

What does the process involve?

The process involves facilitating a series of foundational questions and other tools that allow the participant (oneself or another person) to deeply listen to their internal compass. The internal compass of each person allows self-empowerment as each person can feel the truth of their own experience by understanding what their intuitive system is telling them.

Who can facilitate the process?

IHT is designed to be accessible for people to use either professionally alongside other modalities, or in their own relationships with friends, romantic connections, etc. Like many pursuits, it can be practiced at various levels from beginner to master. If you are interested in learning how to facilitate Intentional Healing Therapy, you can come to an IHT level 1 course, coming soon.

Intentional Healing Therapy is the quickest way to overcome limitations. In this process, we are asking the question, what is here for me to understand? Taking responsibility is key to personal power.

Level 1:

Level 1 is offered as a 5-day in-person intensive, in locations across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, Australia. It is an opportunity to meet like-minded people, deep dive in the IHT method, and learn from a profoundly collaborative and engaging process with others.

Whether you are a therapist wanting to expand your practice, a partner wanting to increase communication skills, a parent wanting to learn tools to empower your child, or simply wanting to deepen your own personal practice, this will give you the hands-on practice and experience needed to develop more personal responsibility.

The process is designed to remove bias, and help you out of any feeling or situation that one might be stuck in.

Attending an in-person level 1 retreat is not required to participate in levels 2 and 3, but is strongly encouraged. Attending in-person retreats also provides a comprehensive pre-requisite to levels 2 and 3.
