Aria is a guide and facilitator devoted to helping people to find lasting change in their bodies, their relationships, and their lives.​

 

She is a co-founder of Intentional Healing Therapy (IHT), a deep listening process designed to help people reconnect with their internal compass. IHT can complement other modalities such as bodywork, coaching, psychotherapy, Nonviolent Communication, psychedelic therapies, physical exercise, kinesiology, etc. It can also be used on its own or in personal relationships.​ Aria holds a BA in Psychology, a Master Certification in the Global Context Integration Method, and certifications in addiction recovery and Nonviolent Communication.

Drawing from experience in kinesiology, wilderness therapy, nature connection, plant medicines, and embodied facilitation, Aria’s approach is both grounded and expansive, blending practical tools with philosophical depth and compassionate presence. Over the past decade, Aria has worked with individuals across more than 25 countries through private sessions, workshops, courses, online education, and ceremonies. Her work invites people to move beyond survival patterns and into deeper connection, integrity, resilience, and embodied leadership.

Aria is also an author, activist, and a philosophical thinker, passionate about finding attainable ways to create cultural change in our communities and as individuals. Her life's work is about finding personal freedom, and ways to decolonise our minds and bodies from oppressive systems.
